1. Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers 229 Runs Partnership in 96 balls :

2. AB De Villiers And Virat Kohli 215* Runs Partnership in 105 balls :
Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers had already set the record for the highest IPL partnership when they put together their 229-run partnership against Gujarat Lions. In the Wankhede stadium, RCB were batting first and once again they lost the early first wicket of Chris Gayle when they had only 20 Runs on the scoreboard. But Virat and ABD did not give another chance to celebrate Mumbai Indians and The duo played very well and scored 215 runs against Mumbai Indians on 10 May 2015.
They scored an unbeaten 215 runs in just 105 balls. AB De Villiers smashed a magnificent 133* off just 59 balls including 19 fours and 4 sixes and on the other end Virat Kohli scored 82* runs off 50 balls. In their 20 overs, RCB reached 235/1, and for Mumbai, it was no way back for them.
3. KL Rahul and Quinton De Kock 210* Runs Partnership in 120 balls :
Lucknow Super Giants openers KL Rahul and Quinton De Kock smashed 210 Runs opening a partnership off 120 balls against Kolkata Knight Riders at DY Patil Stadium on 18th May 2022. It is the highest opening Partnership in the IPL. This unbeaten terrific 210 Runs partnership is the third-highest partnership in IPL History. Quinton De Kock smashed KKR Bowles all over the ground and scored an unbeaten 140 runs off just 70 balls and Rahul scored unbeaten 68 runs off 51 balls.
They beat the previous best opening partnership record of 185 runs which was done by David Warner and Johnny Bairstow for Sunriser Hyderabad against RCB in 2019. 4. Adam Gilchrist and Shaun Marsh 206 Runs Partnership in 96 balls :
In 2011, this Australian duo attacked Royal Challengers Bangalore bowlers with an aggressive approach. On 17th May 2011, Adam Gilchrist and Shaun Marsh recorded this 206 runs partnership off 96 balls for the second wicket which is the fourth-highest partnership in IPL History. Gilchrist scored a magnificent century of 106 runs off just 55 balls and Marsh scored 79 runs off 55 balls.
Both batsmen started slowly and take a little bit of time to set and then they started smashing RCB bowlers all over the ground in Dharamsala. Punjab scored a huge total of 232/2 in 20 overs.

5. Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle’s 204 Runs Partnership in 110 balls :
Virat Kohli is always a master of making huge runs and an expert in building big partnerships. It’s not a surprise that Virat Kohli features 3 times in this highest partnership of IPL list. On 17th May In the 2012 IPL season, Royal Challengers batsman Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli put together a stunning unbeaten partnership of 204 runs off 110 balls for the second wicket against Delhi and helped their team to reach a big total of 215/1 in 20 overs.
They restricted the Delhi side on 194/9. Gayle scored a blazing unbeaten 128* runs off only 62 balls and Virat Kohli also played a brilliant effective innings of 73 runs off 53 balls. This partnership is in the 5th position in IPL History.
6. David Warner and Naman Ojha 189* Runs Partnership in 98 balls :
In the IPl match of 10th May 2012, Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals) played very well against Deccan Chargers. The batsman David Warner and Naman Ojha scored a massive unbeaten 189* runs partnership to chase down 188 runs. David Warner played a brilliant unbeaten century knock of 109* runs off 54 balls with 10 fours and 7 sixes. On the other end, Naman Ojha scored an effective unbeaten 64* runs off 46 balls with 2 fours and 5 sixes. Later Sunrisers Hyderabad purchased these two batsmen in an auction.
This partnership is in the 6th position of the Highest Partnerships list In IPL History. Decan Charges batted first and scored 187/4 in 20 overs. Delhi Daredevils lost the early wicket of Virender Sehwag but Warner and Ojha stitched a brilliant unbeaten partnership of 189 runs off 98 balls.
7. Jonny Bairstow and David Warner 185 Runs Partnership in 98 balls :
On 31st March 2019 At the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, Sunrisers Hyderabad’s openers Jonny Bairstow and David Warner set up a grand opening score of 185 runs off 98 balls against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Bairstow smashed a terrific 114 Runs in only 56 balls including 12 boundaries and 7 sixes. While David Warner also played a very good knock of 70 runs in just 42 balls.
SRH managed to score 231/2 in 20 overs Which is a huge target for the opponent team in a T20 game. RCB lost the game by 118 runs while chasing this huge target. So this partnership is in 7th position in this list.
8. Gautam Gambhir and Chris Lynn 184* runs Partnership off 89 balls :
Gujarat Lions batted first and put 183/4 in 20 overs and Kolkata needed to Chase the target of 184 runs. Without losing a single wicket KKR chased the runs quite comfortably and Chris Lynn was the man who did the heavy lifting. On 7th April 2017, Chris Lynn and Gautam Gambhir made this magnificent opening partnership of unbeaten 184* runs off just 89 balls. In the Rajkot stadium, they hit fours and sixes all over the ground against Gujarat bowlers and they chased the target in just 14.5 overs.

9. KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal 183 Runs Partnership off 99 balls :
On 27th September 2020 IPL, Kings XI Punjab star players KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal registered a memorable opening stand of 183 runs off just 99 balls against Rajasthan Royals at Sharjah cricket stadium in the United Arab Emirates. Openers KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal of Kings XI Punjab demonstrated their authority over the Rajasthan Royals bowlers. This Karnataka duo accompanied each other really well and smashed bowlers as long as they remained in the middle.

At the Maharashtra cricket association in Pune Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway Put together a mammoth 182-run opening partnership on May 1, 2022, in IPL. It helped Chennai to post a superb total of 202/2 in 20 overs and defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 13 Runs. Ruturaj Gaikwad scored an amazing 99 runs off just 57 balls. Unfortunately, he couldn’t complete the century for 1 run.
